Rates for 2009
• Winter rates January 10 - April 30: $20,350
• Summer rates May 1 July 31: $ $16,500
• Fall rates August 1 December 16: $13,750
• Holiday season December 17 January 10, 2010: $28,000 per week, and requires a 10 day minimum
A 7% Government Tax and a 12% Service charge will be added to the weekly rental rate.
