Royal Arrival Package

From January 10 to April 30, 2012, the “Royal Arrival” package offers a dramatic way to arrive in high style at the ultimate luxury villa enclave in Virgin Gorda. Guests who book a seven night rental at one of Villa Aquamare’s beachfront homes will receive a round-trip private air charter transfer, at no additional cost, on
Air America Caribbean, one of the most trusted charter airlines in the Caribbean, including a VIP Meet and Greet service at both airports, (speeding guests to the departure gate without the need to pick up luggage or enter TSA security).

Air America Caribbean will transport Aquamare guests in similar royal fashion on a non-stop flight from either San Juan International Airport (SJU) in Puerto Rico to Virgin Gorda, BVI (a 40 minute flight) or from St. Thomas international airport (STT) to Virgin Gorda, (a 20 minute flight).

Villa Aquamare

• Applies only to a weekly / 5 bedrooms reservation.
• Two payments apply for this special package: one for Villa Aquamare for $21,250 + 19% tax and service charge (original value $23,500) and another for Air America Caribbean for $2,500 (original value $2,750).
• There will be two payments for this special package: one for Villa Aquamare for $21,250 + 19% tax and service charge (original value $23,500) and another for Air America Caribbean for $2,500 (original value $2,750).
• Both payments can be done by credit card or wire transfer following our Rental Terms and Conditions.
• Once the reservation is confirmed with Aquamare, the client is responsible for coordinating payment and scheduling air transfer reservation directly with Air America Caribbean.
• It is the sole responsibility of the client to contact and make the air transfers reservations directly with Air America Caribbean. Aquamare’s sole responsibility is to serve as liaison between its guests and Air America Caribbean.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are non refundable.
• Villa Aquamare is not affiliiated in any way with Air America Caribbean, and assumes no liability for any damages caused by Air America Caribbean (or for which Air America Caribbean is otherwise liable), including but not limited to travel delays, loss of luggage or other personal property, injury or death. Your sole recourse in any sad event shall be to institute a claim against Air America Caribbean. We recommend that your procure appropriate travel insurance.

Air America Caribbean

• Air transfers are for up to 9 passengers or 1,200 pounds including luggage.
• Amount of luggage permitted will depend on the amount of passengers onboard and/or their total weight. Usually 40 lbs. per person can be carried aboard each flight.
• The value of $2,750 is for flights during normal operating hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime charges will apply for flights before or after these hours.
• Air transfers taxes and fees are included except passengers departure taxes that some island airports require.
• Air transfers are subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of Air America Caribbean. Villa Aquamare is not affiliated in any way with Air America Caribbean, and assumes no liability for any damages caused by Air America Caribbean (or for which Air America Caribbean is otherwise liable), including but not limited to travel delays, loss of luggage or other personal property, injury or death.
